Fairly clean place with amazing view of the mountain. Climate control and a sitting area in the room, nice location. Clean private bathroom. The very kind and friendly staff and their quick responses to my needs.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in the hills and offering a scenic view. the rooms are spacious and traditional, providing a comfortable stay. the private onsen is a great addition, allowing guests to relax after a day of hiking. the surprise free breakfast is a nice touch, adding to the overall satisfying experience.
One drawback is that the location of the hotel is a bit remote, requiring some effort to reach, especially without access to the shuttle bus.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely B&B in Yufuin. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they spoke excellent English. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of Mt. Yufudake. I particularly enjoyed watching the sunrise over the mountain from my room. The included breakfast, while simple, was a good deal and provided a satisfying start to the day. The onsen was a real highlight, and I made sure to take advantage of it every night of my 3-night stay. The location, although a bit further out, was peaceful and quiet, making it well worth the extra effort to get there.
